Order processing times
- Our orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
Shipping items
We ship from our warehouse located in Toronto, Canada. We currently ship to both Canada and the united states with plans to expand to new countries in mid-2022.
- Orders shipping within Canada will arrive 3-5 business days
- Orders shipping to the united states will arrive in 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight or the products you ordered.
Returns exchanges and cancellations
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for merchandise bought within 15 days from retail locations or within 20 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to purchase. for all returns and exchanges :
- items must not be washed, worn, or damaged
- all original tags must be attached
- you must present a valid receipt
sale and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you can do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us at +16476209105 or email at contact@afromona.com to make changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes haven't been made please return the items used for a full refund.
